Maintains Crew financial records and monitors the Crew budget
Manages Crew funds
Reports on Crew finances to the Crew

7. Secretary Manages Crew communications
Maintains Crew membership and attendance records
Coordinates Crew publicity

8. Activity Chairpersons
Lead the Crew in the organization of specific Crew activities
Are appointed on an activity-by-activity basis
Report on their progress to the Vice President for Program
