Step 1: Lower carton to ground
Step 2: Remove packaging materials
Step 3: Remove bolts
Step 4: Place table on dolly
Step 5: Position table in custom-designed area
Locate carton with hardware
Step 6: Connect electrical cords
Step 7: Install magnetic base cover
Step 8: Mount had control
Locate carton with cushions
Step 9: Install head cushions
Step 10: Install back/seat cushion & foot cushion
Step 11: Remove dunnage/packaging

Midmark Corporation ships medical exam tables, chairs and accessories that are delivered to health clinics and doctors’ offices. This training will demonstrate the delivery and setup of the Model 151 & 152 Exam light.

REQUIREMENTS
Inside Delivery
Unpack the exam light
Install in customer-designed location
Ground delivery (if required)

5. STEP 1
Lower the carton to ground using a liftgate or ground-delivery attachment. In many cases, the customer will have a dock

6. Remove packaging materials

Remove packaging materials
Cut and remove the bands Remove carton top

8. Remove all dunnage, packaging items and pallet.
