3. We,the project team,are going to plan the best holiday to Birmingham …
In order to do this we have to find some information about how we can get there, what we can see, where we can stay and what and where we can eat.
Dreaming ……

4. What do we know about Birmingham now?
We know that it is the most populous British city outside London and lies at the heart of the West Midlands conurbation.

5. How can we get to Birmingham?
We have chosen the fastest way to London by plane and then by bus.

6. We are in Birmingham … what can we visit here?

7. The Birmingham Museum & Art Gallery is the main art gallery and museum in Birmingham.

8. The city centre consists of numerous public squares including Centenary Square, Chamberlain Square and Victoria Square.

9. Birmingham's diverse population uses a wide variety of religious buildings in the city. St Philip's was upgraded from church to cathedral status in 1905, St Martin in the Bull Ring,the original parish church of Birmingham.

10. The Birmingham Central Library holds some two thousand volumes of Samuel Johnson work.

11. Birmingham is home to three universities: the University of Birmingham, Aston University, Birmingham City University.

12. The New Shopping Centre at the Bull Ring completely changes the face of Birmingham.
We have spent a whole day here …

13. Fortunately,we have had friends in Birmingham
Fortunately,we have had friends in Birmingham ..so they were our hostes for the entire holiday.
A nice house …;)

14. Because we haven’t pay a rent for a room … we had the privilege to taste a variety of traditional dishes.

15. The most common and typical foods eaten in Britain include the sandwich, fish and chips, pies like the cornish pasty, trifle and roasts dinners. Some of our main dishes have strange names like Bubble & Squeak and Toad-in-the-Hole.

16. Because nothing is free … the transport,the food and the shoppings have cost us 1000£.
