Work Progress Report Survey/Employer Evaluations Weekly Submissions to Faculty Weekly notifications (tentatively planned for Mondays) will be sent to faculty which will contain any WPRs or Employer Evaluations submitted by their intern advisees/site supervisor the previous week. (There is no faculty login to Handshake.) If you do not receive one, your student likely has not submitted a report.

Internship Approval No login is required!
Here you can Approve or Decline an “Experience”. If you leave a comment, the comment is viewable to students. Once approved, an instantly goes to the next person in the approval process. This may be your department chair or your department internship coordinator. If you decline, the system will force you to provide a comment as to why you are declining the internship. This is viewable by the student and UWL Career Services.

UWL Internships Students CAN initiate process in Handshake - **NEW**
Approval Flow: Faculty Intern Advisor Department Chair Career Services Internship Coordinator Typically give faculty 1 week to approve before it expires. If it expires, just let Karen know to re-set it. PLEASE NOTE: It is your responsibility as the UWL Faculty Intern Advisor to have a discussion with your student intern advisee about other required elements of this experience/internship. (i.e a paper, journal, presentation, special project). Students are invited to an orientation session at the end of the semester prior to their experience.
