Develop Plan for rehabilitation of each individual person with disabilities

Lobby and advocate with all community level stakeholders to make enabling environment and to mobilize resources

Implement plan of CBR

13. Results
Persons with disabilities are included in government local community structures i.e. School Management Committee, Health Facility Management and Operation committee, Child Clubs and other committees
Increased participation of persons with disabilities from need identification to benefit sharing- Leading towards inclusive society
Developed profile and plan for 2542 persons with disabilities.
Livelihood program for persons with disabilities and their families is going on in every community through self help group
Fund has been generated at local level- around USD 2,500 per year in every village (USD 70,000 in the year 2016)

14. Results contd… Inclusive education has been promoted in the community
Disability friendly constructions (schools, health post)
500 plus persons with disabilities benefitted from employment opportunities
Disability act and CBR guideline in the verge of amendment.
