5 All phases of productions are made inside by CNC machines except heat treatment made by a supplier located near Torino HSS is bought only from Bohler or Erasteel, (M2 45%, M35 25%, ASP23 10% and ASP30 20%) Coating is made by a couple of suppliers located in Torino and Milano

6 Investments in the last 10 years:
18 new CNC machines bought or made by ourselves 4 new patents Completely new project of broaching machine (mech., hydr., elect. and software made in house) 30 employed in 2 shifts with more of 20 CNC machines.

8 About delivery: 6-8 weeks for standard broaches until 120mm diam. (in special case we can be faster) 9-12 weeks for special broaches 1 week more for coating Delivery time starts from approval of our DWG by customer

9 Documentations: About prices:
All sheets of our products are in DOWNLOAD area in our site (in this moment our site is update) In the last 11 years we have not apply any increase in prices (we adjusted increases only for HSS and heat treatment) and we are absolutely competitive with our competitors in Europe.

19 A10) Shuttle Shell mounted at the end of tool (also for little diameters) re-broach the profile for obtain tolerances on broached parts up to DIN 7. It is also e very good solution for adjusting old tools out of tolerance

20 A11) Broaching test on a customer part or on our sample and certification by our ZEISS

21 On the broach order (also for ROQ) (if the broach is new) we need:
DWG of customer’s part (we obtain A1 A2 A3 A4) Data from customer’s broaching machine (for having A5 A6 A7 and max TONS available) Request of customer (we need it for A8 A10 A11 and kind of HSS, coating)
