FAB FOUR It’s that time of year again: time to talk about our agent branding program. This year, we are excited to announce the creation of the most powerful online agent branding program in our industry. We’re calling it the “FAB Four” program because you will now have the opportunity to have Agent Branding on your listings on the four most dominant real estate portals today: Realtor.com, Yahoo Real Estate, Zillow and Trulia This year, NRT has made a sizeable investment by purchasing Listing Enhancement packages for every agent in the company. This really makes your listings stand out in the crowd. When we negotiated with these sites to purchase listing enhancement packages for you, we were able to leverage that investment in order to give you an opportunity to invest in the Agent Branding package at a substantially reduced rate. Just like the company paid Listing Enhancement packages help your listings stand out in the crowd, the Agent Branding Packages help YOU stand out in the crowd. We are excited to announce the creation of the most powerful online agent branding program in our industry We’re calling it the “FAB Four” program because NRT agents now have the opportunity to have Featured Agent Branding on their listings on the Four most dominant real estate portals today: Realtor.com, Yahoo Real Estate, Zillow and Trulia Collectively these sites get over one billion visitors per year! The combined agent branding power of the Fab Four program retails for up to $2,000* and is being provided to NRT Agents for the introduction price of $149 Agents who sign up will receive: Featured listing position on the Top 4 web sites Their photo will display on all of their listings Their name, phone numbers, and links will display on their listings All leads from the Top 4 listings will be delivered to them as Direct-to-agent leads through LeadRouter (i.e. no 15-minute claim period) *if purchased separately This really is the most powerful online agent branding program in our industry as we have partnered with the four most dominant real estate portals to give you and your listings more exposure. If you were to purchase this exposure from each of these sites, the cost could approach $ NRT was able to negotiate on your behalf an introductory rate of $149. Investing in this Agent Branding Package gives you a powerful opportunity to create a consistent online brand for yourself. Notice the screen on the left has a photo of the agent along with all of that agent’s contact information and links to view that agent’s website. There is even a link to that agent’s other listings. The agent on the left definitely stands out. Remember that buyers are on this site looking at multiple properties. If buyers surfing Realtor.com see that every one of our listings have agent branding along side them, and our competitors listings do not, which company do you think those buyers are going to want to work with? They’re going to pick our company and that means more leads for all of us. That’s why we all have to work together on this. I would also like to point out what happens when a buyer clicks the button to request more details. Those of you who invest in the Agent Branding package will receive your Realtor.com leads via LeadRouter free and clear, without the 15 minute claim-time. The others will still receive their leads, but the 15 minute claim-time will be in effect. Realtor.com Find a Realtor with Agent Branding When looking for a Realtor on realtor.com, those agents who have purchased agent branding are much more enhanced than those without. The slide on the left depicts how you will appear in realtor search. When you click on this agent, you will see much more detail about her including a profile, links to her website and social media sites, plus you will be able to view her listing inventory. If I were looking for a realtor, I would choose the one with more information displayed. Trulia.com with Agent Branding Without Agent Branding Here you can see the difference in what a Trulia.com listing looks like with the Agent Branding package and without. With agent branding is the agent photo along with their contact information. There is no agent photo on the non-branded listing. As with Realtor.com, when a buyer clicks the button to request more details. Those of you who invest in the Agent Branding package will receive your Trulia.com leads via LeadRouter free and clear, without the 15 minute claim-time. 8 Featured Agent Branding Drives More Business
Listings will get seen more On Trulia, Zillow and Yahoo, your listings will be featured meaning they will be prioritized in search results This means they will be seen 3X more than they are today This increase in views will increase listing leads by 2X Later this year, Trulia and Yahoo/Zillow listing views will be added to the Online Showing Report Agent Branding will generate more leads Having agent branding increases leads even more. 9 Strategic opportunity for Sales Associates
The Featured Agent Branding program is a powerful opportunity to strategically brand Sales Associates, ensuring: That sales associate agent branding is consistent on all online marketing placement. Contact information will help drive calls and clicks directly to the associates phone and web site. Leads will be sent Direct-to-agent through Lead Router, without a 15-minute claim period.

10 FAB Four Pricing The List Price for the FAB Four program is $229
If purchased by April 1st There will be a special introductory price of $149 Sales Associates can purchase via check or credit card Starting on April 2nd The List Price of $229 will go into effect Sales Associates will only be able to purchase via credit card As I mentioned, the already discounted annual rate of $229 available exclusively to our company has been discounted even further to $149 until April 1st. Beginning April 2nd, the price reverts back to the rate of $229.

11 Credit Card Ordering – NRTGateway
Agents should go to and logon with the same User Name and Password that they use for LeadRouter, HomeBase, Do Not Call, etc. If they experience any difficulties they should either click the “Forgot your password?” link or call the NRT Help Desk at After logging onto the Gateway, associates should click the “Order Agent Branding Program” button to go the sign-up form. [For best results, it is recommended that you and your office staff be available to help the agents with the sign-up process immediately after the presentation.] Now that everyone wants to sign up, I would like to show you how to do it. First, logon to the NRT Gateway. If you don’t remember your password, click the Forgot Your Password link. Once you have logged on, click the Realtor.com Agent Branding button [point to button].

12 Credit Card Ordering – Early Bird Period
Agents should enter their Credit Card information and Billing Address, and then click on the “Submit Payment” button The screen displays the amount they are being charged, and the time period that is covered All Transactions are non-refundable Featured Agent Branding Program Enhance your presence for your listings on Realtor.com, Trulia, Zillow, and Yahoo! Real Estate. $229 $149 (For Featured Agent Branding from April 1, 2011 to March 31, 2012.) (For Realtor.com Agent Branding from April 2010 to March 31, 2011) Enter your credit card information and click the Submit Payment button [point to the button]. The amount charged will be shown on the screen. Once complete, a confirmation page will appear. Don’t forget to print this page for your records.

13 FAB Four Program Payment by Check
Credit Cards are encouraged and will expedite the enrollment process getting your branding up sooner Checks will be accepted but only for enrollments between March 7, 2011 and March 29, 2011 Checks must accompany the sign up sheet provided by the Marketing Department After March 29, 2011, agents can only pay online with a credit card All checks must be made out to NRT LLC in the amount of $149 Although it is far easier to pay by credit card and your branding will be live on these sites much sooner, you can also pay by check if necessary. Checks will be accepted but only until March 29th. If you want to pay by check, please see our OA.
