History of ELITE CIRCLE

Purpose of ELITE CIRCLE Phase VII
Create a Solid foundation for building SUCCESS ! Build New Leaders so that TEAMS will come. Build inter-dependent business Leaders. Move to the next level - • Elite Trainer • SMD, EMD, CEO, EVC • Qualify for CEO Club This is CEO-To-Be-Training ! You will be trained by CEO’s to become a CEO. When you finish this class, you will have all the Foundation you need to become a CEO. *The only thing standing in your way from becoming a CEO is ACTION.

Registration Guidelines - ELITE CIRCLE Phase VII
Registration Fees: All Qualifiers must submit $125 as their registration fee to their SMD, PLUS $50 from their respective SMD. Wild Cards must submit $ as their registration fee to their SMD. Elite Circle will only accept SMD’s check with Qualification and Wild Card registration form. Both must be completely filled with proofs attached. If registration is late or incomplete, a $20 fine will be imposed to the SMD for each cadet names submitted.

*All collected registration fees and fines will be used towards the class expenses: Food - Lunches/Dinners Travels (hotels/foods) – For Guest Speakers Handouts/Materials Recognitions (diplomas, trophy, etc.) Elite Circle Graduate Shirts Note: All SMDs, Qualifiers and Wildcards must attend and finish the orientation class. Out of state SMDs, qualifiers and wildcards must participate in an approved office in that area. Roll call will be done before and after all classes, including orientation.

• No excuses !!! • Life is tough !!! •Only results count !!! MINDSET Do not disrespect your leader ! Do not depend on your upline ! Do not depend on your QMD ! You are IT! Always compete to be #1 Note: There will be call out opportunities to challenge any Elite member after each session. Winner will win points from competitor. TEAM SPIRIT Standing ovation for Elite circle teammates. Under No circumstance that any Elite detail or material be discussed or mentioned outside Elite Team/Class.

Expectations of ELITE CIRCLE Phase VII
Total Classes comprised of 6 sessions (approximately 3 weeks apart) on Saturdays from 2:00 pm til…when the job gets done (min. 8 – 10 hrs). We will travel to other locations on some sessions. At least 1 session will be out of town and require a Saturday night stay over. There will be homework assigned after each session. For Accurate Ranking and Credit - All Homework must be received by Homework Advisor (Points + Proof/hard copy) on Friday –12:00PM (Noon), Otherwise Doesn’t Count. C) Read & Write Summaries on: Recommended book at the Orientation Class * You will be quizzed on this !

D) Have 1 new ELITE Qualifier from your team by the 4th class. *Elite replacements must be active in the Business! E) You Must be Life Licensed by session #4 or (–1) pt. Rule of 72 applies for point deduction on each session thereafter. If you have attempted to take the exam, whether passed or failed, you have to submit proof. F) You must show proof that you have submitted: For Life licensed AND must attempt to take exams at least 1 time by the 4th class or (–1) pts ; (-2)pts on 5th session; (-4)pts on 6th session.

Protocols of ELITE CIRCLE Phase VII
IF YOU ARE ON TIME, YOU’RE LATE !!! •15 Minute Protocol DRESS CODE •Team Shirts for both qualifiers and wild cards • Elite Circle Name Badge • Dress Sharp! – No Wrinkles or Untucked Shirts NO FOOD OR DRINKS ALLOWED • Bottled Water is Permissible NO IN AND OUT EXCEPT FOR MEDICAL CONDITIONS • Only during 10 minute break given every 2-3 hours SEATS ARE ASSIGNED ACCORDING TO YOUR CLASS RANK AT EACH SESSION: Highest ranking sit in front row, lowest rank sits at the back of the class.

GRADUATION REQUIREMENTS
You start ELITE w/ 6 Points. You get positive or negative points along the way and get ranked… *Note: There will be a quiz at the beginning of every session and a Final on Session 6. 3) The #1 cadet will graduate as Local MVP, 4) Elite Cadets with min 6+ pts and an Elite Replacement will graduate with an Elite Circle Graduate Shirt or Portfolio (3rd times graduate with Honors), and a Diploma with Honors. Note: 10 base recruits in any rolling 30 days (to graduate with Honors)

GRADUATION REQUIREMENTS
Elite Cadets who graduate with honor 5 times + have 10 cadets in baseshop who graduate with honor (50% rule) will receive the ultimate graduate with honor shirt (Black). The rest will graduate with a Certificate of Completion Note: You must Pass the Final Exam in order to graduate! Must be life licensed on or before graduation day! Rules, Guidelines, & Requirements May change at any time during the course. Note: If an EC cadet is disqualified from the current session and decides to register again for the following EC session, the cadet cannot be counted as a replacement for anyone who is still in the current session. All replacements must be cadets who were not enrolled at the beginning of the current session.

Graduation Requirements
Special Bonus !!! All Graduate of Elite Class will have the privilege to: 1. Attend any future Elite Class/Session. 2. Participate in special leadership meetings and retreats. 3. Be included in once in a lifetime special events. **This special bonus starts from all graduates of Elite Circle Phase 1 and after…**

Rules and Guidelines • Cell phone ring = (-1) POINT, everyone else (-½) PT fine to owner NOTE: SMD phone rings = (-2) PTS fine to owner *cell phone ring penalty starts during the Elite Orientation!!! • Text paging during session = (-½) PT • Miss BPM on MTW or S = (-½) PT fine. (Sign the Sign-In Sheet. Let us know if you have issues, exceptions must be job related) • Attending BIG Events are Mandatory = (-2) PTS fine (Super Sat, Conventions, & Summits, etc. = must submit proof ) • Absent 1 session = (-2) PTS fine. Note: A. You must make up homework from the missed session on the next session to complete Elite Circle. B. You must still send in and submit homework even if you are absent in class! • Incomplete Homework = Points deducted accordingly for each item. * Fines/Penalties: are due at the beginning of each session to the Accountability Team. (You know which homework you didn’t do!)

Spouse/Significant Other Role:
Rules and Guidelines Spouse/Significant Other Role: If both spouse/significant other qualifies with the guidelines (6 Points), both must submit separate Registration Form along with their separate registration fee. If spouse/significant other role is only for “support”, all activities (sales/recruits/guests) must only be under the competing partner’s agent code. Extra traveling expenses will be charged from “support.”

Rules of Engagement for Callouts
1. Any Elite Cadet may call out anybody in the class. 2. Cadet may decide what category to compete with: a) Recruit (2 pts) b) Sale (1 pt per application except ½ pt for term application) c) Overall points (recruits and sales combine). 3. The Cadet who gets challenged may decline the call out. However, Cadets may only decline twice. Cadet must accept the 3rd Call Out issued. 4. If the cadet does not like the category in which he/she is being challenge at, he/she can counter challenge with his or her chosen category. 5. Winner of the Callout takes corresponding points from opponent’s total current standing points. 6. If both competing cadets are 0 points during the Call Out computation, there will be a fine of (1 point) from each Cadet. 7. All cadets must compete at 4th, 5th, and 6th session, cannot opt out. ** All call outs will be at the discretion by CEOs’ final approval. .

Miscellaneous Rules 1 – Paper AMA will be only accepted if there is a background problem. You will receive credit once the person has a received a code number and you show proof of code number. 2 - Bonuses: Get to next level of promotion: Associate(+5pts), SA(+10pts), MD (+15pts), SMD (+20pts). 3 - Field training recruit: Trainee – 2 pts per recruit, Trainer – 1 pt per recruit for either EC or non EC teammate 4 - Field training sale: Trainee – 1 pts per sale, Trainer – 1 pt per sale for either EC or non EC teammate

Miscellaneous Rules 5 – Each elite cadet is allowed to bring one prospective elite replacement on the 3rd , 4th, 5th session ONLY. The prospective elite replacement will be allowed to stay for the first half of the session. Each prospective elite replacement must have min. 3 out of the 5 pointers. 6 – WFG black pens and red pens are the only pens allowed to be used in class. 7 – IF SMDs AND UP GET DISQUALIFIED, THEIR WHOLE BASESHOP IS DISQUALIFIED. 20

Reporting RULES 1. Homework and qualifying documents must be accompanied by required proofs at the time of submission. Incomplete or late delivery of proof requirement does not count! Note: Sales proofs require a copies of the front page of the application, client’s check and agent report page. Once homework team checks the proofs, all recruits and sales copies will be shredded. All homework & bonuses must be kept in a formatted binder. All homework must be submitted by the SMDs. Homework will not be accepted if submitted directly by non-SMD cadets. All non-qualified SMDs of cadets must be present to submit in homework & other requirements for the first 1 1/2 hour of each session (between 1:30 -3 pm Sat. & 5 – 6:30 pm on Fri.). On travel session (6th), non-qualified elite SMDs are required to submit in cadet’s homework the night before we travel. NOTE: For out of town SMDs ** must package the homework along with SMD sign off sheet. If incomplete, it will automatically not be counted.

1) Absent Graduation Day 2) Cheating on Homework, Quizzes, Final 3) Negativity (upline,sideline,etc) Absent for 2 sessions 0 Pts Leakage of material or detail of Elite Circle, in any degree, to any person outside Elite Circle Team.

*Take Roll Call before every session *Check Attendance and Roster at BPM’s & Big Events (Code of Honor) *Check dress code and all 10 pcs of materials. *Checks and updates current point balances of the class *Balances Elite Circle Account Balance (Financial Report). *Communicates with Homework Advisors *Collects Homework Pts from Homework Advisor Team. ***Reports current status to CEO by 2:00 pm EVERY SESSION.

Setup/Cleanup ADVISOR TEAM *Computers/Projectors/Overhead *Supplies *Food/Logistics *Update team with next elite class location. *Arrange for travel arrangements (transportation, room and food accommodations, and room assignments)

ELITE ADVISOR TEAMS ELITE CIRCLE Phase VII As Advisor Teams We Expect only the BEST. Teams will be Evaluated Periodically. 3rd & 6th Class. You perform, you get bonus +1 to 5 pts! If you don’t, you get (-1) point per occurrence. REWARD FOR ADVISOR TEAMS *Special Recognition at Elite Circle Graduation *Possible Extra Credit Points based on service performance *All Advisory Team Volunteers who finishes until Session 6 will be joining the Elite Graduates with Replacements for the Graduation Dinner.
