Task One: In small groups, consider the benefits and challenges faced by recruiting FE and HE students to form your workforce.

5. Student Workforce Positives and Negatives:
Age, Experience, Qualifications, Insurance, Appreciation of the CPD, Time, Independent travel, Confidence/Ability to control groups/peers

12 Activators have now secured other paid coaching
External sponsorship of £1000 for uniform

Develop a team of Activator Assistants to work alongside Activators
