Teacher Slide This week students and teachers will learn how to use Office 365 Be prepared with more partnership building activities just incase lessons don’t take the entire 45 minutes. Log in using your student id and password. Wait for directions.

1. Click to the left of the folder name to select it 2. Click “Share” to choose who to share your portfolio with

Enter your teacher’s here and click “Send”. Allow teachers to view and edit so that they can provide comments and feedback.

From the Office 365 landing page, select Class Notebook.

From here you can create new notebooks, manage your current notebooks, and add/remove students and co-teachers from each class notebook

When you are setting up a new class notebook, plan how it will be setup: Naming convention (make it easier to find and identify) What other teacher(s) should have access to it What sections do you want students to have in their notebooks on Day 1
