3. General Guidelines Primary Packaging MRP Age Group
Primary brand packaging is mandatory
Brand packaging should be undamaged and intact with correct brand name.
MRP
MRP on the tag should match the MRP mentioned in the product description on PayTm
Age Group
Age group is mentioned on product so that it should be clear for which age group product is suitable for & match Paytm Web page.
Safety Instructions.
Safety instruction should be clearly mentioned , like “Flame retardant/flame resistant” or “Washable/Hygienic materials” on dolls and other stuffed toys.

4. General Guidelines Functionality Material In Box Content & Accessories
Toy is fully functional & usage or Installation information is given.
Material
Check for the material of product is same as on Paytm Web page
In Box Content & Accessories
All items outside the brand-box or any extra freebie, if provided by the company or the vendor, should be there and in proper condition
Ensure no partial shipping.

5. General Guidelines Size Color Warranty Card
All dimensions of size mentioned on the product box or the actual product should be matched with the product description on PayTm
Color
Colors of the product should exactly match the color mentioned on Paytm webpage (Image & Description)
Warranty Card
Ensure warranty card is present and readable.
Warranty period on the card should match the description given on the Paytm description page (if there).

6. Quality checks Brand box is not damaged.
No Rust (Scooter, Tri Cycle etc)

7. Quality checks
Sharp points or edges made from such materials as metal or glass.
Cut or stain marks.
