Prepare for Board meetings Send written reports to
BOARD TIPS Prepare for Board meetings Send written reports to President and Secretary by the Sunday before our meeting Review Agenda / Board Report Packet before meeting Attend Board meetings Bring your binder (electronic documents in Dropbox) For the rare times that you cannot attend, let the President know and send a member of your committee to provide a report to the Board

BOARD TIPS Participate in Board meetings Be thoughtful Ask questions of impact and process Share ideas Be respectful of the time and be prepared for some ideas or conversations to be put in the “parking lot” Regularly hold your own committee meetings Provide more detailed reports twice a year as assigned

PRESIDENT’S GOALS R.I. FUNDRAISING The Magic Number is: $25,550.00 = 70 members x $365.00 This is just one dollar a day 3 new Paul Harris Society members each with an ongoing commitment to donate $1000+ per year to the Annual Fund, PolioPlus Fund, or approved global grants

PRESIDENT’S GOALS ORGANIZATION Strengthen the partnership between the Club and Foundation Challenge every member to participate in at least one fundraising effort this Rotary year Empower Club Leaders Have Board members serve more than one year and stagger terms to mentor new Rotarians Compile information binder for all Board Members to encourage Rotary Serving Humanity
