Core Financial Reporting (10) Introductory Management Accounting (10) Financial Decision Making (10) Information Systems in Business and Introduction to Big Data and their Manipulation (20) Academic and Career Development (10) Financial and Digital Innovation in International Business (20) Plus Microeconomics 1 (10) and Macroeconomics 1 (10) Plus either Introductory Mathematics (10) and Introductory Statistics for Economists (10) or Advanced Mathematics (10) and Advanced Statistics (10) (dependent on previous level of mathematics) Original Thinking Applied

6 Year 2 – course structure

2016 entry 126 places 748 applications Roughly 6 applications per place Standard offer AAB at A-level (any subjects) General Studies is only accepted as one of four A-levels GCSE grade B in English Language and Mathematics is also required Original Thinking Applied

14 Alliance MBS Scholarships
Alliance MBS will award 10 scholarships in 2018 Social responsibility scholarships are available to all students and are worth £2,000 per year (across three years of study) Students must achieve AAA at A-level (or equivalent) and demonstrate a significant commitment to social responsibility through, for example, volunteering, charitable work, community-based projects or fundraising International stellar scholarships worth £2,000 per year are available to international students (additional eligibility criteria apply) Find out more at The closing date for applications is 31st August 2018 – please wait until you receive your results before submitting your application Original Thinking Applied

15 Employability Who employs IBFE graduates?
A wide range of companies including: AON, Accenture, Deutsche Bank, KPMG, London Stock Exchange, PwC, Rolls- Royce, Santander, Sky (Source: DLHE) What do they do? Job titles include: associate auditor, business consultant, commercial strategist, corporate banker, derivatives analyst, export manager. Some graduates start their own business What do they earn? Typical salaries range from £20-40k (Source: Unistats 2017) What about further study?
