CINERGY – creative collaboration and tools for growth

Core idea Cinergy is about collaboration and synergies.
The core idea of the project is to bring the Creative Industries and Traditional Industries together and facilitate the collaboration between them. The overall aims are: Improvement of business and innovation support Facilitating crossover collaboration between Creative industry and Traditional industry via brokerage functions Increased competence and change of attitudes

Services Cinergy Tool Kit - an ICT platform to facilitate creative collaborations. Status: Cinergy Creative Agencies in all partner regions Status: CA outline in all regions but financing not in place

Pilots Crossover pilots have been carried out and some are still on-going. Some finalised and we will reach the goal of nine. Voluntary organisations – Illustrations Nature tourism – information technology Material waste from manufacturing – creative product development Digital printing – creative ways of using new technology Pike products development – fishing, producing, marketing New soft drinks for export – story telling and illustrations Attracting industries though cooperative of young entrepreneurs

Good practise Working directly with businesses
Working with regional focus areas/regional resources. Working with practical, focused workshops that attracts businesses from a wide range of industries Working with multitask teams Collaborating with other projects and organisations and building the Creative agencies on this Having the B2B perspective but alsor exploring possible new areas together with others. Exploring possibilities for using regional resources as raw material for new products and services Practical, hands-on workshops with mixed competences and sectors (DPC, material waste, cooperative in Finland) Collaboration – pooling resources both in finance, staff, venues, ideas, networks…. Examples withing: fish tasting in Sweden, other NPP, young coop members attending No Cry, DPC Objective 2 ERDF project Important to make the most out of the resources we have in the region and not do parallell work
