No, an attaché is a special staff in a diplomatic office while a consul is a diplomat that represents their government in foreign countries

She was right, even though Billy wasn’t entirely wrong, just a bit confused.

7. Brutus is so Machiavellian!
What?! That far from the truth.
Oh really? So tricking Caesar, by using their friendship, into going to his doom and, to put insult to injury, stabbing him. I think he truly do whatever us took to gain power.
Sure he was an honorable guy, but I think you are merging Brutus and the itchy palm guy, whom I forgotten his name.

8. Choosing time Red dude is right, Brutus is cunning and deceitful.
Green man is right, red dude is merging two characters.
They are both wrong.
They should look it up, for both have not read the story for a pretty long time.

9. Protocol means following orders from your superior.
Not exactly. It is a code of correct conduct but that doesn’t mean your superior is always right.
Of course it does, that’s why they are called superiors, duh!
Because of that insular thinking you are always going to be a sheep in society!

What?Oh, you mean the informal agreement among the Red Platypus and Blue Kiwi parties?
Yeah. I mean I think we need from both party someone that has discretion, a good judgment and some self restraint to make that entente between those two powers.
