19 CASE STUDY – PV PLANT “FTN NOVI SAD”
Designing process from June 2011 Construction from August 2011 Testing, measurement and connection to the grid Oct. 24, 2011.

20 CASE STUDY – PV PLANT “FTN NOVI SAD”
Opened on Oct. 24, 2011 Test Operation until Dec.31, 2011 In Nov – achieved status of Temporary privileged electricity producer (from June 2012 Privileged producer) Dec – contract with EPS of “green-energy” delivery is signed

21 CASE STUDY – PV PLANT “FTN NOVI SAD”
- GENERATION DATA - Total: 2012: 12,150 kWh; 2013: 11,176 kWh (PV GIS Estim. 11,200)

22 CONCLUSIONS Very good solar energy potential is available in Serbia, but low installed capacity Limitation on installed capacity in Serbia due to limited quota for privileged producers (feed-in tariffs) - Better support is needed from the state, PV plant “FTN Novi Sad” is operating without problems. O&M costs are very low. Generated electrical energy is 4% above estimated using JRC data. Local industry still does not recognize such product as a market opportunity
