6 2017 Accomplishments Dredged drain between lot 70 and 71
Repaired electrical short at Warren Road entrance. Added additional mulch this year to cover some of the trees that don’t always get it. Repaired 2 inch water line gate valve (Warren entrance sprinklers) Detention pond treatment. Cut forsythia bushes about one third down by walking path. Supported Ridge Road paving initiative. Approval of Patio’s and decks.

10 Future Actions: Ridge Road entrance upgrade
Detention pond reinforced fencing and treatment Walking path sign posts need to be installed, haven’t seen any cars lately. Crack fill and any road repairs Water over the road at Kennesaw and Kennesaw Ct. and at front of sub. Sidewalk repairs on Warren Rd. Trenching or some other water flow control on other side of Kennesaw from Lot 19 Cut down/remove grouping of dead bushes on Warren Road (NE Corner) Interior island maintenance? Recruit for new Treasurer for next year (existing BOD member? / recruit from sub?). Anyone interested in a social committee?

11 Association Dues 2017 Association Dues: 2018 Association Dues: $400.
Lots of discussion about Ridge Road entrance improvements with paving of Ridge Road. Also lots of discussion on landscaping issues and ageing plantings. Must be received by January 31, 2018 Make check payable to RPWA Payments received after January 31, 2018 will be assessed a 10% late fee (per the Association Bylaws).
