Ingredients • Wheat flour, 1000g • eggs, 4 pieces • fresh yeast, 100g • icing sugar, 200g • milk, 500ml • butter, 200g • WEIGHT, POPPY • poppy, 1000g • crystal sugar, 800g • Eggs, 2 pieces • melted butter, 100g • raisins, 160g

Preparing In a large bowl pour 6 tablespoons of flour. Make a recess , pour 100 ml of warm milk and add the crumbled yeast. Gently stir and let stand for about 15 minutes to rise . Melt butter .
