-based forum, Established 2014, following closure of HNN-Chat Purpose – A platform for national dialogue. To bring doctors together to continue discussing issues of professional and personal development. Platform for collecting input on a wide range topics. Methods – Forum uses an advanced form of google groups to deliver messages to members’ inboxes as they come. All replies are sent to all members automatically. Any member can initiate a topic. Uninterested members can unsubscribe.

Descriptive analysis Added over 1500 doctors – started with committee, then alphabetically Cross-regional, cross-practice and cross-hierarchy discussions initiated and sustained for > 1 year now. Generated keen interest among members in contributing to discussions and supporting one another. About 50 new requests.
