3. Pre-planning Reminders
Group Pre-lab:
To be collected & completed before the lab.
For the future, if it is not finished or not turned in……you DON’T cook that lab! Book work for your points 
If you are missing ingredients on your market order you will not receive. Please check mark ingredients!
TODAY
Please take a total of 12 aprons and mark a Ziploc bag with your name and period. These are all the aprons for the semester.

4. During and after lab…. Follow all lab rules and procedures.
Follow your plan (recipe taped to cabinet and highlighted with key)
Servers pick up lanyards and return at end of lab.
Managers: turn in all group members paperwork before you leave.

Finish by 9:10
CHECK:
Is your hair up/out of your face?
Is your apron on?
Don’t forget to wash your hands!
20 seconds with warm soapy water
Be sure to preheat oven 1st (400ºF)

5. A couple of notes before you leave…..
If something was put back in the wrong place, please put it away correctly.
Please restock clean dish towels and washcloths.
Neatly stack all measuring cups, bowls, etc in sets
Wipe down counter tops w/sanitizer and dry out sink with towel.

Be sure you are doing your own work 
