1 Join your surgery’s Patient Participation Group
We want to hear from people who use local NHS Services, including carers. YOU can make a difference! Ask at reception for more information

2 What can a Patient Participation Group do?
Gathers and reviews feedback from patients on the practice’s services. Works with the surgery to make changes and improvements. Supports the surgery by holding health awareness events. Helps support flu clinics. Takes part in surgery inspections by the Care Quality Commission.
