Founded: October 14, 1898 at University of Wisconsin-Whitewater Currently have 106 active members (86 members last spring) Motto: “Success Crowns Perseverance” Objective: “To cultivate the social, moral and intellectual faculties of our members”

10 Fall 2015 GOAL: 85% retention rate of new members from beginning to end of the process REMARKS: Goal was met We started the process with 42 women and ended with 36 Retention Rate of 85.7% Notes: New Member GPA was above a 3.05 New Member Process approved by the University

If below a 3.0 member must complete a required amount of monitored Study Hours per week 2.69 and below = 6 hours 2.70 – 2.79 = 4 hours 2.80 – 2.89 = 3 hours 2.90 – 2.99 = 2 hours Academic probation process for members under 2.7 Not allowed to vote at meetings Not eligible to hold an office or stand on any committees Not eligible to take a Little Sister Attend 6 monitored Study Hours per week Allowed one semester to meet required GPA If not met within that semester, the member will be dismissed for one semester from the sorority until GPA is increased Gave incentive for most study hours One member had almost 175 hours in the library this semester

Goal was met Worked with PSE for their annual bike race on April 30th Worked with CRU for Be the Match Registry But only had 1 or 2 of their members show up to training, so we also paired with Omega Psi Phi

25 Fall 2015 GOAL: Plan a social activity with at least one organization from each of the Greek Councils REMARKS: Goal was not met We had socials with multiple PHC and IFC chapters We planned one with Alpha Phi Alpha but it got cancelled because of the weather and we couldn't’t find a time to reschedule

26 Spring 2016 GOAL: Plan a social activity with at least one organization from each of the Greek Councils REMARKS: Goal was not met We had socials with multiple PHC and IFC chapters We worked with Omega Psi Phi for Be the Match for a week Notes: Supported various organizations in their events

27 We had four member who supported Sigma Sigma Sigma and Tau Kappa Epsilon by cutting off their hair for St. Baldricks

29 Fall 2015 GOAL: REMARKS: Keep up with the mentor program with alumnae
Have 15 or more alumnae attend an event such as homecoming REMARKS: Goal was met We had almost 30 alumnae show up to our cookout at the house for homecoming We have 7 more women who signed up to become part of the mentor program

30 Spring 2016 GOAL: Keep up with the mentor program with alumnae Have 20 or more alumnae attend an event such as Alumnae Banquet REMARKS: Goal was met We have Alumnae Banquet tomorrow but I do believe that we have over 45 alumnae coming too We have15 more women who signed up to become part of the mentor program

33 Fall 2015 GOAL: Have an event with members about personal safety REMARKS: Goal was met We had an education event by our risk manager and education chairs about drinking in college and its effect This was held after chapter before homecoming and our formal

34 Spring 2016 GOAL: Have members attend an event about personal safety on college campus and also about spring break REMARKS: Goal was met PHC Spring Break Event APFV talked about Sexual Assault We had about 60% attendance at this event

35 Overall Reflection of 2015-2016 & Closing Statements
This year our chapter has really come together and excelled. Overall we had 50 new members in the fall 2015 and spring 2016 semesters, excelled in our philanthropy and community service efforts compared to past years, and have connected with the Greek community as a whole, as well as other organizations on campus. I do believe that this semester was an improvement from the fall. That is what you always want! We want to keep moving forward
