Work related stress, compassion fatigue Any role working with people, that requires empathy, can (not will) result in compassion fatigue, and support may be required

What are options for employees?
Supervision - NHT What are options for employees? For concerns about work-related stress, access EAP counselling via workplace provider; or other support of individual choice, eg, private health professional (GP, Psychologist, counsellor) For improving practise skill and performance, access professional supervision via workplace internal or external supervision provider.
