Who am I? Graduated in 2015 Accepted onto the National Graduate Development Programme (NGDP) as a National Management Trainee (NMT) Employed by Newark and Sherwood, Gedling and Rushcliffe on a 2 year contract Have worked on a heritage project, a website redesign, as a comms officer and within economic growth Gaining an ILM Level 7 qualification

NGDP Two-year graduate development programme for the next generation of leaders and managers in local government. Up to 120 places each year Based in one of over 40 participating councils Starting salary £24,174 (2016) 43% increase in applications since last cohort national-graduate-development- programme
