2. Rules first
1 Always inform Wan Zhyi if you are unable to turn up / will be late / will need to leave early for CCA at least the day before.
** if you inform the other EXCO members and they forgot to tell me, it is not their fault okay!
2 Valid reasons include school events, family matters, other even more important meetings that clash with our meeting : excuse letter -- > parents or teacher
3 MC (photocopied) must be handed in on the next earliest session
4 If you are unwell after school and you need to rest/consult doctor, please submit MC/parent’s letter. (but please remember to inform me too!)
MUST fulfil at least 75% of attendance. If you are absent thrice without valid reason, we will inform your parents and give you a warning letter.

3. Even if you can’t turn up for CCA
Please do find out what happened during CCA
either through
asking your friends or
visiting our Wordpress! 

5. What is the Wordpress for?
Before CCA:
Agenda
Will be posted at least one day before the CCA.
Everyone is expected to check as there may be important announcements/reminders.
After CCA:
Attendance
The names of the people who are absent will be stated.
If anything is wrong, inform
Wan Zhyi asap.
Presentations and Minutes
For the benefit of people who did not attend and for future reference, these documents will be posted online too.

6. $$ CCA Fund of $5 each will be collected on the first session in 2014.
Funds will only be collected when $ is used to pay for CCA related things.
Write your name and the reason for the things you bought and pass the receipt to me (Wan Zhyi) asap.
