After the second world war, a lot of developed countries introduced the idea “Multicultural Symbiotic Society” Many immigrants contributed to reconstructing after the war Their offspring keep living in Europe -The birth rate of immigrants is very high in general

5 Cultural Difficulty In Japan there were no such a conception like “Multicultural symbiotic Society” Japan was under the policy “locked country” for the past 200 years ( ) Under this policy, no foreigner could enter into Japan and no Japanese could leave Japan This policy must have affected the mentality of Japanese people
