2. DILLON’S Pricing for the 2014 Flying Season
Pricing for the 2014 Flying Season remains unchanged from last year.
Bus reservation for 8 hours: $ plus 10% administration fee = $841.50
Overtime above 8 hours: $50.00 per hour plus 10% administration fee = $55.00 per hour. (Overtime is allotted in hour segments. Anytime over 8 hours, beginning with the first minute is considered overtime).
Airport transfers to the airport: A full-sized bus would be used as an airport transfer for pick up or drop off at the airport/shuttle to hotel only, up to 4 hours allowed. $ plus 10% administration fee = $495.00

Keep us informed of any changes. Please try to keep changes to a minimum.

4. What We Ask of You (cont.)
Hub Leaders – Please forward any important s/correspondences to your Hub Bus Program Coordinators.
If your Hub incurs any unplanned overtime, please contact us ASAP after returning from your trip.
If paying by check, please pay for each trip with a separate check.

5. Bus Requests: Late Requests: Black-Out Dates:
Must be received 30 days or more in advance of your trip.
Late Requests:
Any bus requests received with less than a 30 day notice will incur additional surcharges.
Black-Out Dates:
Our relationship with Dillon’s is a privilege. Accessibility is not assured for certain dates due to overbooked days with Dillon’s Bus Service. Please submit your request as soon as possible. As our organization continues to grow, we see more black-out dates.
Trips are filled on a first-come, first-served basis.

6. What to expect of us
Confirmation Letters will be sent out prior to processing your reservation.
We will forward black-out dates to you once they become available to us by Dillon’s Bus Service.
Refunds are not issued until we receive monies back from Dillon’s.

Be sure to include detail of deviations to your trip under comments section - add detail
Be sure to sign a copy of the authorization and payment form. You must send an original copy to HFN HQ to retain in your file for the 2014 Flying Season before your trip will be processed.

8. Please Keep
in Mind
Our relationship with Dillon’s and their low rates are a privilege, not right. Availability is not guaranteed, so please send in your request as soon as you know when you will be traveling.
You may request a driver, but are not guaranteed that particular driver due to availability.
