Marketing Plan Training
Manager Adds/ Drops/ Pends Explanation
2
MANAGER BREAKOUT Requirements to achieve Manager status are: 135 PV and 1000 PGV. These amounts must be achieved in a given month (not cumulative) A business associate can achieve these required amounts on their own or they can be supported by business associates and preferred customers in their organization Once the month rolls this new manager will count as a manager in the current month. 135 PV , PVG = Manager Status
3
PERMANENT TITLE MANAGER
An associate must achieve Manager status, qualifying as a manager with 135 PV and 1000 PGV When this is achieved, the manager receives 30% off pricing for a full year whether they remain manager or not (PV/PGV requirements) They must complete 3 consecutive non-pending months at rank at least once every 12 months to keep their ‘’permanent’’ status Ex. If a business associate achieves Manager status in July, the associate will count as a manager in August and to achieve permanent title of manager this associate will have to achieve 3 months in a row. Month 1 would be August 3 consecutive months in a row + their breakout month = 4 months with manager requirements met= Permanent Manager Status
4
PENDED MANAGER/MANAGER DROP
A manager drops when they get 3 pends within 12 months of achieving manager status For example, if an associate achieves manager status in July, but does not meet requirements in August then they would have 1 pend on their account. If the manager does not meet the requirements again in September then they would have another pend, if manager requirements aren’t achieved again in October then they would drop in November If the associate achieves manager in November, then they would get their status back Pends can happen anytime within 12 months, after achieving manager status A manager can miss the requirements 2x and still be fine at manager status, if they miss another month then they would drop to associate level
5
Suzie’s example: Pending Manager/ Manager Drop
158 PV, 1125 PGV= Suzy achieved manager status in July 135 PV, 895 PGV= Suzie, has 1 pend on her account in August since she didn’t have 1000 PGV 210 PV, 651 PGV= Suzie has a 2nd pend on her account in September, since she didn’t have 1000 PGV 426 PV, 712 PGV = 3rd pend in October, since she didn’t meet manager requirements = Suzie dropped from Manager Status to associate in November
6
REINSTATING A MANAGER Must achieve 135 PV and 1000 PGV
For example, if someone drops in July but achieves the manager requirements in August they will become a manager again in August After 3 months of losing manager status, and if the associate achieves Manager Status the following month, then they will count as a Manager again when the month rolls
7
TEMPORARY LOSS OF A MANAGER
Managers could go back to their original manager once their original manager does 1000 PGV again What is a Temporary loss of a manager? If you were a manager and got 3 pends, dropped to associate level, but had a manager in your TGV This manager under them temporarily goes to their upline manager The person would lose the Manager permanently to their upline if they don’t regain manager status within 90 days
8
Suzie’s example/ various scenarios: Temporary Loss of a Manager
Suzie wouldn’t lose any associates or preferred customers When Suzie lost her manager status and became an associate, Barb (manager of Suzie) went to Samantha’s down line (upline manager) Since Suzie lost her manager status in November, Barb would be part of Samantha’s down line in December If Suzie achieved manager status in November 366 PV/1289 PGV then she would be a manager again in December and Barb would go back into Suzie’s organization If Suzie becomes manager again in February, then Barb would never be in Suzie’s (down line) organization again. She would permanently be part of Samantha’s organization
