Frequently monitor your statistical prescribing habits (6 months); Keep independent log and copies of C2 prescriptions and verify against PDMP Have a policy for random patient “Pill Counts”; Observed UDS; Have a plan for violations of PMC or CSA; Refer violators to Addiction Medicine; Consider alternative therapy; Office visit every 30 days for CII patients.
