Changing one or more of the following is a revision*: *If you plan to revise several of the above items, consider whether this is a new course: Would it be appropriate for students (who took it previously) to take it again for additional credit? If content has changed that significantly, drop the course and submit a new course proposal. Permanent curriculum files can be imaged Department chairs and support staff have access to view current and archived curriculum documents Departments may upload course syllabi into ImageNow using an Intranet web form (Provost website- forms & applications):

A standing committee of the Faculty Senate, reviews programs every *four years: Program directors conduct a program self study, survey key instructors, students, advisory board and alumni Report strengths, areas for improvement, and recommendations Chairs & Deans review recommendations and provide response Jackie
