Put more power to the strategy group
Set up long term objectives
One member of the very top management should take the lead and should be responsible for driving the process.
A small Strategic Group of ca. 4 members from top management . Meet regularly to ensure progress.
The Strategic Group should define the strategic objectives and possible actions
Meetings with team leaders and selected staff from strategy areas. The secretary would digest the interviews and take the results of these consultations back to the Strategy Group

Organisation needs to be clear
Key players don’t seem to take part in strategy work
