She is the CEO of Harry K. Wong Publications.
She travels with her husband all over the world educating teachers about classroom management.

The main trouble in teaching is not discipline, it is failure to teach fully the rules, responsibilities and procedures that make the classroom run like clockwork.
Everything we ask students to do involves a procedure, and when students follow procedures automatically, they learn better, behave better and are easier to teach.
Students achievement is related directly to how will the teacher forms and carries out procedures.

By far the most important factor in school learning is the ability of the teacher. The more capable the teacher, the more successful the student.
What you do on the first day of school determines your success for the rest of the year.
Start class immediately. Do not take roll until later.
