Sachet Strategy: Small Booklets = Low Cost = More kids can afford Large scale production: Small size book = Large Quantity with Low Capital. Increase variety: Lots of Booklets = Wide Range = Attracts everyone & Inc Sales Increase distribution: Multiple Strategies and Focus on distribution even if it meant initial losses. Low profit margins: Low Price = Reaching all children is focus even if it means loss. Cross-subsidizing: Same material in English for Richer Sections = Sales Cross subsidizes Program Distribution: Material Usage Programs and Program Specific Materials = Building up a culture of material usage in schools and communities.
