Adversity (ad-ver-si-ty)
Definition: a difficult situation or condition : misfortune or tragedy Part of Speech: noun Word in context: “He showed courage in the face of adversity.”

Capacity (ca-pa-ci-ty)
Definition: the ability to do something Part of Speech: noun Word in context: “Some species of birds do not have the capacity [=ability] to fly.”

Cope (cope) Definition: to deal with problems and difficult situations and try to come up with solutions Part of Speech: verb Word in context: “The class has been difficult, but I'm learning to cope.”
