October 2012 Conference call
Notes from most recent conference call on October 30th 1. RPM Web tool – Now available for use at 2. A reminder to all that beginning in 2013 all High Value Research submittals will be done in the RPM Web tool. Also, the Task Force isn’t sure promotion of the RPM tool belongs to us or with another Task Force. Perhaps Program Management and Quality Task Force? 3. High Value Research process & deliverables – The Task Force is developing two guidance documents: Step by Step on how to input your HVR’s in the RPM tool and guidance on ranking HVR submittals for the Sweet 16. The Task Force is investigating holding a webinar to explain HVR submittal process via RPM tool. Finally, the Task Force discussed the possibility of developing additional brochures (similar to the Research Makes the Difference brochure) that would focus on categories such as safety, highway, bridge, planning, and environment.
