Present perfect simple

We use this tense to talk about experiences without refering to a specific time If you want to specify you use the PAST SIMPLE I have travelled a lot this summer. Present perfect simple
I have already watched 5 series in 1 month I haven’t watched last episode of GOT yet! You have just seen Rebeca in the playground My mum has never watched a film in English FORM: have / has + past participle Affirmative: I have seen the film before. She has seen the film before. Interrogative: Have you seen the film before? Has she seen the film before? Negative: They haven’t seen the film before. He hasn’t seen the film before.

Present perfect simple/continuous
If you want to specify the moment you use the continuous form I have worked in this school for 10 years I have been working her for 10 years FORM: have / has + been + gerund form (Ving) Affirmative: I have been studying English for 3 hours. She has been studying English for 3 hours. Interrogative: Have you been cleaning the house today? Has she been cleaning the house today? Negative: They haven’t been watching TV today He hasn’t been watching TV today.

Past simple To talk about events that are finished, to show that something happened repeatedly or lasted for a perios of time Where did you go during the summer? When did you go there?
