KS2 Sportshall Athletics The Vale Academy
Congratulations to Wrawby Primary and St Hybald’s Academy for competing in the Brigg cluster KS2 Sportshall Athletics competition held at The Vale Academy. Both schools had a girls and boys team consisting of at least 9 athletes. Each athlete competed in up to two track and two field events. The track and field events were; obstacle, 1+1 lap, 2+2 lap, 6 lap paarlauf, over/under, 4x1 lap relay, chest push, standing jump, standing triple jump, vertical jump, speed bounce and soft javelin. All scores were added and combined between both girls and boys teams. There was only 2 points separating the schools overall total. A fantastic effort yet again from all athletes and thanks to The Vale Academy sport leaders for helping to officiate the event.
