Uganda malaria seasonal prediction Full analysis conducted using sentinel and district health data Skill in some districts at predicting outbreak years Short data series and staff turnover Pilot in 2016? JAMSTEC – malaria forecasting in South Africa Visit in 2015 to install malaria model on JAMSTEC systems Use of new JAMSTEC database in 2016. Potential upcoming projects concerning seasonal health risk prediction in Senegal, Bhutan (Swiss TPH) Working with Madeleine Thomson in IRI on uncertainties in climate-health predictions
