4. The first outbreak
The first outbreak was in 1976, where 280 died. It found place in Zarie.
In 1994 there were outbreaks in Cabon and Ivory Coast.
1976 to 1992 there were small outbreaks in Zarie, Sudan, USA, Philippines and Italy, where few people died.
