General Facts Ebola fist emerged in 1976
Named after the Ebola River in Zaire Sudan and Zaire Spreads fluidly Only spreads when symptoms are shown.

The timeline 1976: First outbreak of Ebola in Zaire
2014: The biggest outbreak of Ebola, 14,000+ fatalities. 1995: Outbreak in DRC 250 fatalities. : First outbreak in Congo, 43 fatalities. 2007: Outbreak in DRC 186 fatalities. : Outbreak in Uganda, 224 fatalities. 1979: No outbreak of Ebola in 1979.

The first outbreak The first outbreak was in 1976, where 280 died. It found place in Zarie. In 1994 there were outbreaks in Cabon and Ivory Coast. 1976 to 1992 there were small outbreaks in Zarie, Sudan, USA, Philippines and Italy, where few people died.
