You will have slides for your presentation. Most of the information you get will come from the text book pg
1 Slide will have 5 bullet points summarizing your Theory
1 Slide will have an example of practical use in management (real or not) of your theory
One comprehension activity to ‘test’ the classes understanding.
1 Slide will explain the strengths and weaknesses
of your theory.

6. Classic Leadership Styles
Autocratic – emphasizes tasks over people. They keep all of the authority and information to themselves. “I’m in charge, do what I say”
Laissez-faire – shows little concern for the task, letting the group make decisions and acts with a “do your best and don’t bother me” attitude.
Democratic –encourages participation with an emphasis on both task accomplishment and development of people.
