1. Information Age The world is entering a new three-dimensional space from the previous two-dimensional space. The world used to be a two-dimensional space: human society (H) and physical world (P). In recent years, however, with the rapid rise of the information forces, a new pole -- the Cyber Space (C) -- has taken shape alongside the physical world (P) and human society (H). Thematic service will be based on the hot topics of ODINWESTPAC concern Blue economy Marine meteorological and oceanographic climatological graphics Regional sea level rise Impact assessment of sea level Thematic services will be provided based on the hot topics of ODINWESTPAC concern, With the preliminary study , four thematic knowledge were initially (因你射里)identified, they are: Blue economy; Marine meteorological and oceanographic climatological(可来米偷老辑扣) graphics; Regional(瑞真NO) sea level rise;and Impact(因) assessment of sea level

3. Knowledge Service Climate change Contents and the methods:
Analyze the natural and observed climatic variations of these oceanographical elements in the past fifty years, estimate future climate change and then assess the effect of the oceanic climate change on WESTPAC countries. Study and develop the sea level rise simulation for the members and construct an model for the assessment based on these information mentioned above. Contents and the methods of Climate(可来梅特) change knowledge service: Collect and process the long-term data of climatological elements, including sea level, sea water temperature, sea salinity(瑟里拟踢) and so on. Collect and process the social and economic information, tide level, geographical information, and so on。 Analyze the natural and observed climatic variations of these oceanographical elemsents in the past fifty years, estimate future climate change and then assess the effect[I’fekt] of the oceanic climate change on WESTPAC countries. Study and develop the sea level rise simulation For the members and build a model for the assessment based on these information mentioned above. By doing all of these, we could provide the service of disaster [di’za:ste]prevention and mitigation.

It can be more three-dimensional visual display of knowledge In knowledge service ,We will be introducing Cluster(可拉斯特) knowledge map service, first clusters point will be generated from knowledge structure and hotspots, then ,cluster point can be related to each other and cluster knowledge, in this way, the display of knowledge could be more three-dimensional .
