Win-Lose – disregard of the impact on the other party Lose-Win – one party places the opponent’s interests above theirs Lose-Lose – withdraw or suppress the conflict Win-Win – each party has the desire to satisfy fully the concerns of all parties involved Compromising – each party is willing to give up something 2-2-4
