Development and Testing Plan
Finish and install our program on our Little-Bot. If we have any problems with components it will be easier to switch out for new parts. The code will combine all of the sensors and will implement the code to “search” for the beacon We will test to make sure our logic is accurate and that our robot will navigate towards the beacon. Estimated Time: 1 week Absolute Deadline: 3/16/18
9
Development and Testing Plan
Finish the construction of Cheez Botics We need to finish: Attaching the support for the rear of the robot, Attaching the microcontroller onto the frame, Attaching all of the sensors wired into the microcontroller. Estimated Time: 1.5 weeks Absolute Deadline: 3/28/12
10
Development and Testing Plan
Final tests and tweaking of the program logic. We will adjust the program to account for: Proper IR sensing within sand Proper turning times and RPM Estimated Time: 3 weeks Absolute Deadline: 3/31/12
11
Development and Testing Plan
Final tests of robot in general. We will be visiting local golf courses and beach courts to test out our robot in conditions similar to the competition in the sand dunes. If we find any flaws that need to be fixed, we will have over a week to adapt accordingly. Estimated Time: 3.5 weeks Absolute Deadline: 4/6/12
