2. “But seek first his kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well.” Matthew 6:33 NIV

3. Seek FIRST This is our number ONE Priority
To seek God is a conscious choice – Matthew 7:7-8
To seek God first is the most important thing there is in life! – Matthew 6:25-33

4. Seek FIRST Can’t let anything or anyone usurp this Priority!
Life is full of distractions and temptations that can easily displace our focus – Proverbs 30:7-9; Hebrews 12:1-3
Satan will do everything he can to undermine this priority! – Matthew 4:1-11; Job 1 – 2; Matthew 10:34-38

5. His Kingdom Seek first His reign in our lives
Who is KING of your life? – Matthew 16:24-26; Galatians 5:16-18
God is either Lord of ALL or He is not Lord at all – Matthew 6:24

6. His Kingdom Seek to extend His Kingdom into all the world
Not with politics and laws – John 18:36-37
Go and make disciples of all nations – Matthew 28:18-20
This is a top priority!

7. His Kingdom Seek to enter the Kingdom of Heaven
Heaven is our ultimate goal! – Matthew 4:17; Colossians 3:1-4
Not everyone who says to me Lord, Lord shall enter the kingdom of heaven – Matthew 7:21

8. And His Righteousness Seek first His righteousness in our lives
Righteousness of character – Matthew 5:1-12; Romans 6:15-23; Ephesians 4:22-24
This must be taken seriously! – Matthew 5:20

9. And His Righteousness Seek the righteousness that comes from God!
Our righteousness alone can not save us – Isaiah 54:6; Romans 3:10, 23
We need JESUS! – Romans 3:21-26; Philippians 3:1-11

10. “But seek first his kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well. Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own.” Matthew 6:34 NIV

11. And all these things will be added to you
God’s Promise to us!
He will supply everything necessary to sustain us in life! – Matthew 6:25-33; 2 Corinthians 9:8-11; Philippians 4:19
And when our time comes, He will usher us into Eternity to live with Him forever! – Revelation 21:1-8

12. And all these things will be added to you
Therefore let us seek God first TODAY!
Don’t worry about tomorrow – Matthew 6:34; James 4:13-17
Trust God and seek His presence! – Proverbs 3:5-6
