Corrie, her sister, Betsie, and their father, Casper were sent to prison
Their father died ten days later

6. Corrie and Betsie were sent to Ravensbruck – Betsie later died there

7. After the War Released in December 1944 Returned home
Advocated reconcilation and forgiveness to heal the scars of war

8. The Hiding Place, written in 1971, traces her miraclous story of God’s protection before, during, and after the war.
