Metro Buying Academy is a full-time programme for talented students and graduates. The programme is a best way to start a career in one of the biggest and challenging functions in Retail business – Buying (Offer Management). Successful program completion (after 3-6 months depending on your progress) opens an opportunity to be promoted within the department.

last-year students or freshly graduated professionals in Economics, Management, Marketing, Finance or Sales;
