2. An introduction to the Azure Hybrid Use Benefit
A new benefit that enables customers to use their on-premises WS licenses with SA to pay the non-Windows rate for WW instances in Azure.
Adds value to previous and future Windows Server Software Assurance investments 
Enables more cost-effective Windows Server deployments on Azure – Savings up to 51*%

3. What are my Hybrid Use Benefit entitlements?
Both versions of Windows Server – Standard and Datacenter – are eligible for the Hybrid Use Benefit.

4. How do I deploy using the Hybrid Use Benefit?
Eligible VMs are created on-premises, uploaded to Azure and deployed via PowerShell – gallery images are not supported.
Create Windows VM on-premises
Tag Azure instance during provisioning
Incur charges for non-Windows VM

5. Once you’ve deployed VMs leveraging HUB…
Your Windows Server workload is available for use in the Cloud as long as you maintain Software Assurance. $
Compute instances are billed at non-Windows (Linux) rate 
Reassignment of licenses is subject to 90-day rule
And remember: this benefit is available for Azure workloads today
