3 Review of action points from previous meeting
Partners requiring additional input on indicators for the activity info to coordinate with IMO Shelter cluster – awaiting feedback from Partners IMO to share completed WD - Shelter Assessment Questionnaire and also the ODK link – Done IMO to develop online register for upcoming training on WD – Shelter Assessment Tool due on 11th July 2017 – Done Partners to adhere to the reporting timeless for reporting data input into activity info – Ongoing Cluster to revise Gap Analysis matrix to indicate camps in Center and south only – Done UNHCR to share June 2017 activities for Center and South – Done Cluster to develop Dashboard on tent replacement activities (Needs and Response) – in progress CCCM to share raw data for the REACH household assessment for Center and south – Pending Partners (Governorate focal point) to share their Governorate update / Shelter and NFI key issues before the meeting to be included into the presentation – Awaiting Partner response

Pre Positioning for Anbar Tents = 3,329 NFIs = 3,000 UNHCR has pre positioned :- 2500 CRI kits prepositioned in MA WHs as 1500 kits in AMF Anbar governorate, and 1000 Kits in HTC WH 2500 tents prepositioned in MA WHs in AMF QRCS has prepositioned 429 tents MODM has prepositioned 400 tents IOM has prepositioned 500 NFI kits Available Plots in existing Anbar camps (7,740 )
