3. Transport
KCLSU will fund all BUCS transport outside of the M25 from a central KCLSU transport budget.
Any receipts for BUCS transport outside of the M25 should be returned to the sport team via one of the student centres along with a completed payment request form within 1 month of the fixture date. This can also be returned via to
Booking of transport for all fixtures (BUCS or LUSL) is still the responsibility of the team captain.
KCLSU have 2 coach providers for this year who will accept bookings from captains and fixture secretaries only and the invoices for these come straight to KCLSU

4. Officials
Organising officials for fixtures is also the responsibility of the team captain.
If you’re struggling for contacts, try your NGB or county board for your sport, they might be able to help or us and we may have contacts that could be used
Please remember to get a receipt from the officials that you use and hand these to your club treasurer ASAP so that they can process the reimbursement

Regulations 6 and 7 are ones to look out for specifically – Player Eligibility and Team Sheets
Regulation 12 – Walkovers, mentions the fines associated with Trophy/Cup/Plate walkovers too – more severe than league fixtures

6. LUSL Rules and Regulations
Not yet uploaded to website – link to be sent round to LUSL captains once updated

7. Team Sheets
Team sheets should be completed by each captain before a fixture
There should be 2 copies – one for the home team and one for the away team – both copies should have the names of each player for both teams and they should have been verified by the captains
Captains should take 1 copy each back to their institution fixture administrator to keep on record
Medical exemption rules can be found in regulation 6. KCLSU verification is required for medical exemption

8. Playing Under Protest
Bottom of form – gives the opposition the chance to make a statement
Must be signed by both captains
Middle of form – must state the regulations contravened and reasons that the team feels they have been
Top of form – fixture details, needs to be completed fully

9. Rearrangements
Please look through all your BUCS fixtures on the BUCS website
Use this form if you can see any issues with any of them i.e. reading weeks, fixture time
Please complete it and send it to as far in advance of the fixture as possible so that we can work with the opposition on any requests
We will try to accommodate any changes for home fixtures where possible. Opposition teams aren’t always able to accommodate changes due to venue bookings etc.

10. BUCScore - General
If switching between BUCS and LUSL you will need to switch system
The GKT institution on BUCScore only works for LUSL fixtures. All GKT BUCS fixtures are in the KCL system

11. BUCScore – LUSL Fixtures

Use contacts tab to find details for opposition captains
Set fixture details once confirmed by venue

12. BUCScore - Results
Results for all BUCS and LUSL fixtures need to be entered onto the BUCScore results system by 12pm on the next working day after the fixture
Now says submit results and advanced results instead

Bookings are then reserved for 20 minutes on the next screen to allow you to login and send the request

Once you have selected the time, proceed with the booking and you will need to log in to request a booking. The facilities staff will then be able to confirm/reject the booking and you will be notified by
