2. Aim of this meeting
Assess our transition from a planning to writing phase.
We have passed the deadline to have initial commits for all sections of the book – let's see where we are and talk about where we go next.
Our aim is to use the time we have at this meeting to bring the community together and
Review progress
Start giving feedback to section editors
Understand if the unfortunate events surrounding the earthquake in Japan have delayed the project.

3. Status of the Book Over 220 pages of text in place!
31/44 sections have a contribution in some form.
A number of sections now have advanced drafts.
but still many that don't even have an outline committed yet.
General editors have started to read through contributions.
Comments will be posted to the appropriate hyper-news.

We will be getting in touch with section editors who are not able to present at this meeting in the coming weeks.
We expect the next meeting to be held in KEK, Bostjan will make an announcement tomorrow.

6. Coffee breaks: Social Dinner: These will be in the Grande Galerie
Tonight there will be a social dinner

Time: 7.30pm
Cost: 29€ per person, please note that drinks are not included in this price.
If anyone wants to come to dinner, but has not registered with Sarodia, please let her know asap.

People (not registered for the BaBar meeting) should have paid 15€ today if they had lunch.
If you had lunch and didn't pay, but should have done so, please see us!
Tomorrow lunch is in the same place, everyone pays 15€
